SMS Terms
Program
Viissue, Inc. (“Viissue”) sends one-time verification codes by text message when you enter your mobile number on a Viissue form or page and tap Send code. The code confirms the number is yours before you submit.
How often
One message each time you ask for a code. We don’t send marketing texts from this program.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to stop receiving texts from us; we’ll confirm and send nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email help@viissue.com.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Businesses that text through Viissue
Businesses can use Viissue to text their own customers. Those texts name the business, come from that business’s own number, and follow that business’s own terms. Replying STOP to a business stops texts from that business.
Privacy
We don’t sell or share mobile numbers, or your consent to receive texts, with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
